Ms Bligh this week released a 16-point precis of her own efforts so far as Premier to coincide with her third anniversary of taking the top job.
The Opposition released an alternative list of Ms Bligh's failures, including losing the state's AAA credit rating, selling assets against the public's wishes and the health payroll debacle.
Mr Langbroek said Ms Bligh's long list of failures showed she headed the worst Government in the state's history.
"Anna Bligh presides over a Cabinet of young, inexperienced, lazy, incompetent, underperforming, acquiescent, carpet strollers with so little real world experience they have to be sent out to get some - but only for one day and then under supervision," he said.
